Dr. Büşra Kaya

Dr. Büşra Kaya has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2011 when they were a Key Account Executive for TURKUAZ SAĞLIK A.Ş. In 2013, they became an Organization Manager for Uzunoğlu Petrol San. ve Tic. A.Ş. From 2014 to 2015, they served as a Translator for Kabam. Dr. Büşra then became a Product Specialist for iDreamsky Technology in 2015. In 2017, they held two positions: a QA Tester for Capstone Games LLC and a Turkish Community Manager and Product Specialist for Gaea. Finally, in 2022, they became a Game Designer and QA Tester for tiplay studio, where they carried out the manual quality control testing process of the games with the test team, forwarded related bugs to the software team, worked on them, and discussed design ideas for the game with the design team.

Dr. Büşra Kaya obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Anadolu University. Dr. Büşra then went on to get their Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Muşla Sıtkı Koçman Üniversitesi between 2007 and 2011. Following this, they obtained their Master's degree in Political Science and Public Administration from Pamukkale Üniversitesi (PAÜ) between 2013 and 2016. Currently, they are pursuing their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Political Science-100/2000 Phd Bursar: Social Media from Pamukkale Üniversitesi (PAÜ) and is expected to complete their degree in 2022.
