Michael Hemschoot

Michael Hemschoot has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Michael began their career in visual effects and animation, working for various companies such as Warner Digital VFX, Manex Visual Effects, and Sony Pictures Imageworks. Michael then co-founded Travelin' Productions, where they served as the Co-Owner, Director, and Producer, working on several short films and a feature film. In 2009, they founded Worker Studio, an artist-centric animation studio, where they served as the CEO until 2020. During this time, they worked on various projects, including animated commercials and promotional films. Additionally, Michael has also worked as an Adjunct Instructor at both the Colorado Film School and Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design. Most recently, they have taken on the role of Director of Media and Entertainment at Tipping Point Solutions Inc.

Michael Hemschoot attended the California Institute of the Arts from 1990 to 1995. During this period, they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Film/Video with a focus on Character Animation.
