Dika Mulya Wardana has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Dika Mulya started their career at Bukalapak in 2016 as a Customer Service Agent and gradually worked their way up to become a Team Leader and later a Leader. In 2019, they joined SpaceStock as a Customer and Sales Support Lead for a brief period. Dika Mulya then moved to Evermos in the same year and held the roles of Customer Support Manager and Planning and Operation Manager until 2022. Currently, they are working as a Sales Performance Manager at TipTip since October 2022.

Dika Mulya Wardana completed their Bachelor's degree in Public Administration at the University of Brawijaya from 2011 to 2016. Additionally, they obtained the certification in Customer Relation & Big Data from ESTUBIZI Business Center & Coworking Space in February 2020. Dika Mulya also completed the Service Excellent Skills Workshop at PQM Consultants in August 2017.
