Sagar Shah

Sagar Shah has significant experience in strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate development, currently serving at Tiptree Inc. since 2016. Prior to this role, Sagar worked at Tricadia Capital from 2016 to 2019 in financial services private equity, a firm subsequently acquired by Tiptree. Sagar's earlier career includes positions at Nomura Securities as an associate in enterprise technology, Aquiline Capital Partners as an investment professional in private equity, and various roles as an investment banking analyst at JP Morgan Chase and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods. Academic credentials include a BS in Finance and Economics with a minor in Mathematics from NYU Stern School of Business, complemented by a strong foundation from Stuyvesant High School.
