Erik Roberts

Erik Roberts has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Erik is currently working at Tiqets as a Senior Sales Manager, where their role started in January 2023. Prior to this, Erik was an Account Manager for the USA at Tiqets from January 2021 to December 2022.

Before joining Tiqets, Erik had roles at Legends, where they were the Manager of Group Sales at Sky View Observatory from February 2019 to October 2020. Erik also served as the Assistant Manager of Group Sales at One World Observatory from September 2017 to January 2019.

Erik's previous experience includes working with the New Jersey Devils, where they held various roles such as Senior Account Executive (July 2016 to August 2017), Business Development Account Executive (July 2014 to August 2017), and Ticket Sales Associate (January 2014 to July 2014).

Additionally, Erik worked at Sports Authority as a Customer Service Lead from August 2013 to December 2013, and at West Virginia University as part of the U92 WWVU-FM Radio Station from January 2010 to May 2013.

Erik Roberts obtained their Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from West Virginia University from 2009 to 2013. In addition, they also obtained a certification in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University in April 2020.
