Ângela Carvalho

Ângela Carvalho has a diverse work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Business Analyst PL and Business Analyst JR at TiqueTaque. In 2020, they were a Customer Experience Development Assistant and Customer Experience Development Intern at Appmax, a Comercial Agent at Estácio, and a Marketing Assistant at Lojas Linna. In 2016, they began their career as a Jovem Aprendiz at EPTC - Empresa Pública de Transporte e Circulação S.A., where they were responsible for reception and service to the internal and external public, registration of visitors in the system, routing and scheduling of visits, and issuing of visit reports.

Ângela Carvalho has a diverse educational background. Ângela began their studies in 2017 with a certification in Assistente Administrativo from Senac RS. In 2020, they completed several courses of extension from IFRS, including Administração Estratégica, Administração Financeira, Compreensão Básica de Libras, Contratos, and Cultura Surda. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Planejamento do Gerenciamento e Identificação de Riscos em Projetos from Fundação Getulio Vargas. From 2019 to 2021, they studied at Universidade La Salle, where they received a Commercial Management degree and two additional certifications in Assistente Comercial and Assessora Comercial. In 2022, they began a Pós-Graduação in Gestão de Pessoas e Negócios from Escola Conquer, and obtained certifications in Fechamento e contorno de objeções, Planejamento para negociação com o modelo de Harvard, Spin selling e venda com geração de valor, SQL: a linguagem dos bancos de dados, Lógica da programação, Estratégia de CRM e E-mail Marketing, Análise de Dados e Power BI, Argumentação persuasiva, Escutatória, and Negociação com influência: como criar bons argumentos. Ângela is currently pursuing a Web Programming degree from Senac Brasil.
