Staci Atkins

Staci Atkins has extensive experience in technical support and operations, currently serving as an Operations Support Representative at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. since November 2017, where Staci provides customer service to end users nationwide regarding tax preparation issues. Staci has been with Tire Centers, LLC since October 2003, initially as a Technical Support Specialist II and currently as a Technical Project Coordinator II, assisting with technology and telephony needs, project implementation, and user requirements. Prior roles include Repair Tech at Computer Support, where Staci managed equipment setups and network assistance, and Preferred Customer Associate at TeleTech, providing account support for UPS customers. Staci holds an Associate's degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute.
