Bill Woeste

Bill Woeste has extensive work experience in various roles within the tire industry. Bill is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Tireco, Inc since 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of VP of Supply Chain Operations at the same company from 2008 to 2023.

In addition to their roles at Tireco, Inc, Woeste also has experience as the President of Woeste Consulting in 2008, where they provided business consulting services with a focus on efficiency and process improvement.

Before joining Tireco, Inc and starting their own consulting firm, Woeste held leadership positions at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company. Bill served as the VP of Production & Engineering from 2004 to 2007, responsible for multi-plant production, engineering, quality, and Lean. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Manufacturing in 2003 and as the Director of Supply Chain, Plant Controller, and Accountant from 1987 to 2001.

Earlier in their career, Woeste worked as an Accountant at Marathon Oil Company from 1983 to 1987.

Bill Woeste earned their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems (MIS) from Bowling Green State University, which they attended from 1980 to 1984. Following this, they pursued their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from the same university, graduating in 1991.
