Hayley Stockwell

Hayley Stockwell, PHR has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Hayley currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Tireco, Inc, where they oversee the alignment of HR strategy with business objectives and provides guidance and strategic solutions to senior management. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Tireco, Inc.

Hayley also has experience in the retail industry, having worked at Whole Foods Market as a Team Member Services Generalist, Payroll Benefits Processor, and Catering Specialist. Hayley has a background in real estate as well, having served as a Real Estate Broker at Home Town Management and a Real Estate Agent at SandCastles in Palm Realty Boutique. In addition, Hayley worked as a Project Manager at Tricor Southwest and began their career as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Hayley Stockwell, PHR, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach. In addition, they attended El Camino College, where they pursued general studies. Hayley has obtained various certifications, including the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) from the HR Certification Institute in January 2016. Hayley also completed the Orgnostic People Analytics Masterclass Series at Orgnostic in July 2022.
