Leah Guerra

Leah Guerra is a Senior Project Manager at Tiree, where employment began in June 2023. Prior experience includes five years at IDEA Inc. as an Architect, contributing to a range of architecture and engineering design projects. Previous positions encompass roles as Architect at Chmiel Architects focusing on government and commercial projects, Intern Architect at Parkin Architects Limited with responsibilities in design development and construction documentation, and Architect's Assistant at SRM Architects Ltd., where collaboration on design proposals took place. Early career experiences involve Student Intern positions at Michael C. Lashley Architects Ltd., focusing on architectural drafting and documentation. Leah holds a Master of Architecture from Carleton University and a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies from the University of Technology, Jamaica, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of the West Indies.
