Nikki Roberson

Nikki Roberson's work experience includes positions at TireHub, Manhattan Associates, and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®). At TireHub, they served as Vice President Customer Experience and Communications. Prior to that, they held roles as Director of Culture & Communications and Senior Communications Manager. At Manhattan Associates, Nikki worked as an Internal Communications Manager, responsible for developing and executing effective communication strategies. At IHG®, they served as an Internal Communications Manager for the Americas Commercial Team and CIO Communications Manager. Nikki also worked as a Project Manager, overseeing a complex MVS Decommission project.

Nikki Roberson obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Marketing from the Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business. Nikki attended this university from 2010 to 2013. Prior to their MBA, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, studying from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they obtained a Project Management Certification from Emory University in November 2009.
