As a Co-Founder of Tiro Partners Limited since October 2012, Paul has contributed to the growth of a global staffing agency that excels in connecting exceptional candidates with top brands across the UK and Europe. Prior to this, Paul served as Head of Practice at Harvey Nash PLC from January 2000 to August 2012, where expertise in building successful recruitment teams was developed, ensuring delivery for large blue-chip companies, SMEs, and technology startups. Earlier in Paul’s career, a role as Consultant at SThree plc from June 1997 to January 2000 was held. Paul holds a BSc degree in Geography from the University of Surrey, earned between 1991 and 1994.
