William Excell co-founded Tiro Partners Ltd in September 2012. Prior to that, they worked at Harvey Nash as a Team Leader for Contract Software Development from March 2003 to September 2012. William also worked at Foxtons as a Sales Exec from July 1999 to April 2000.
William Excell attended Berkhamsted Boys School from 1985 to 1996. From 1997 to 2000, they studied Business and IT at the University of the West of England.
