Henriette Grøstad is a Norwegian performance marketing manager who has worked in the field for over eight years. Henriette began their career as a shop assistant for H&M before moving on to work as a project assistant for PR-operatørene. In 2012, they transitioned to Egmont Publishing (NO) as a market analyst before taking on a senior paid media specialist role at RED Performance in 2014. In 2020, they joined Varner as a search specialist and is currently working as a performance marketing manager at Tise.

Henriette Grøstad has a supplementary programme in Ethics, Social Responsibility and Sustainable Business Models from Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences. Henriette also has a bachelor's degree in Marketing from BI Norwegian Business School and a master's degree in Strategic Marketing Management from BI Norwegian Business School. Henriette also has a certification from Google Partners in Search Ads 360 Basics and a certification from Apple in Apple Search Ads.
