Elyse Wooldridge

Elyse Wooldridge serves as the Head of Reward & Performance at OceanaGold Corporation since March 2024. Prior to this role, extensive experience was gathered at BHP from February 2006 to February 2024, where various managerial positions were held, including Manager HR Operations for Global Business Services, Manager HR Organisational Change & Project Advisory, and Lead Reward. Additionally, involvement as a Committee Member for the International Human Resources Management Network (VIC) took place at the Australian HR Institute from September 2010 to September 2011. Elyse Wooldridge earned a Bachelor of Management in Human Resource Management from the University of South Australia between 2003 and 2005.
