Art Lowenfish

Art Lowenfish has been with Tishman Speyer since June 1995, currently holding the positions of Managing Director, Chief Accounting Officer, and Head of Corporate Finance. Prior to this, Art worked at Munich American Reassurance Company as a Staff Accountant. Art earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Lehigh University College of Business. Throughout their career, Art has held various roles within the finance and accounting field, including overseeing NY Asset Management and managing financial operations for notable properties like Rockefeller Center and Chrysler Center.
