Bernard Penaud

Bernard Penaud is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in investment and management. Since March 2006, Bernard has held the position of Senior Managing Director and Head of Europe at Tishman Speyer, also serving as Senior Managing Director and Head of France. Prior to this role, Bernard was Co-Head of European Acquisitions Real Estate at J.P. Morgan from November 2002 to March 2006. Bernard's earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Real Estate Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank, Head of Investments Office at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, and Manager at Arthur Andersen & Co. Bernard holds an Engineer's degree from Arts et Métiers - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers and a Master's degree from ESCP Business School.
