Camson Alevy

Camson Alevy is an incoming analyst at Tishman Speyer, with previous experience as head fund manager for the FSU Real Estate Investment Fund, where leadership included guiding a team of five fund managers and eight analysts in the development of investment committee packages for a $2.6 million fund. Alevy's background also includes roles as a fund manager and analyst at FSU Real Estate Investment Fund, delivering successful capital placements and financial analyses of REITs. Prior summer analyst positions at both Tishman Speyer and Hines resulted in return offers, and Alevy provided strategic consulting for Brookfield Properties on a significant mall redevelopment project. As vice president of external affairs for the FSU Real Estate Society, Alevy organized a corporate tour and coordinated professional engagements for over 125 members. Alevy also founded and operated C&M Power Washing & Lawn, building a strong client base and leading a small team. Alevy is pursuing a B.S. in Real Estate & Finance at Florida State University, with a minor in Urban Planning.
