Mitchell Vainshtein

Mitchell Vainshtein serves as Senior Director and Head of Portfolio Operations & Value Creation for Tishman Speyer's $110M VC fund, leading initiatives to support early-stage companies and accelerate their growth. Previously, Mitchell launched ZO, a tech-enabled membership business aimed at enhancing the workplace experience. Additional experience includes participation in a Leadership Development Rotational Program that involved a significant redevelopment project and exposure to debt capital markets and innovation. Prior roles include Associate at Insight Partners and Management Consultant at Oliver Wyman. Mitchell holds a B.A. in Ethics, Politics & Economics from Yale University and an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
