Patrick Lum

Patrick Lum is an experienced Chief Engineer with a career spanning several decades in the facilities management industry. Currently serving as Chief Engineer at Tishman Speyer since July 2022, Patrick previously held the position of Regional Chief Engineer for Kilroy at 100 Hooper and Chief Engineer at the same location while working for Able Services from January 2018 to July 2022. Earlier roles include Chief Engineer of 350 Mission and Centennial Towers during a tenure at Able Engineering from September 2008 to January 2018. Patrick's experience further includes working with Cushman & Wakefield, Hines, and Cousins Properties, as well as a foundational role as an Engineer at the Sheraton at Fisherman's Wharf from 1987 to 1999. Patrick Lum received training at the Local 39 training center.
