Paul Rode

Paul Rode is a seasoned professional in property operations and engineering, currently serving as Managing Director of Property Operations at Tishman Speyer since January 2021. Previously, Paul held the position of Director of Engineering at RXR Realty from May 2017 to January 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing property capital improvement programs and managing relationships with labor leadership. From April 2013 to March 2017, Paul was the Senior Vice President of Engineering & Energy at Related Companies, focusing on engineering operations and utility purchasing. Prior experience includes a role as Business Development Director at Johnson Controls, involving projects under the Clinton Climate Initiative, and as Project Executive leading energy retrofits at the Empire State Building. Paul earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from Manhattan University between 1979 and 1983.
