Philippe Heulin

Philippe Heulin is a seasoned professional in real estate private equity, currently serving as Managing Director - Head of Acquisitions and COO for France, Spain, and Italy at Tishman Speyer since December 2011. Prior roles at Tishman Speyer include Managing Director positions focused on acquisitions and development as well as head of asset management for France. Heulin's career began with experiences at Foncière des Régions in investment and asset management, followed by roles at BNP Paribas Securities Japan and internships with CCF Charterhouse and PARIBAS. Philippe Heulin holds a Master’s degree in Finance & International Economy from emlyon business school and has further educational credentials from Uppsala University and prestigious high schools in France.
