Chad May has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Chad has held various roles and positions throughout their career. Most recently, they worked as the Director of Business Development for SoftWave TRT, where they focused on developing and contracting new customers in the acute care and institutional markets. Prior to that, they served as the CEO and Managing Member of Regenerative Medical. Chad also served as the President & CEO of Sustainable Medical, a distributor of medical products, and as the VP of Distribution at Softwave Tissue Regeneration Technologies. Additionally, Chad has worked in roles such as Director of Sustainable Solutions & Medical Device Recovery at Daniels Health, Entrepreneur and Consultant at MeltPoint & Great Plains Recycling, and President and CEO of SyteMed, LLC. Chad has also served in various positions at RxElite / Piramal Critical Care, Endo Pharmaceuticals, and Abbott Laboratories. Overall, Chad has a strong background in business development, management, and sales within the healthcare industry.

Chad May obtained a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management from Northeastern State University, specializing in Environmental Management and Biology. Chad completed their degree between 1989 and 1995. Additionally, they pursued another degree in Environmental Management from the same university between 1992 and 1994.
