Fred Allen

Fred Allen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and delivery in the technology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Program Director at TISTA Science and Technology Corporation since October 2019, Fred has held various roles including Program Manager and Delivery Manager.
