Paul Urban

Paul Urban has over 20 years of experience in Change, Configuration, Release Management, and DevOps. Paul has held roles at companies such as TISTA Science and Technology Corporation, Texas Department of Public Safety, Pearson Assessments, GLOBALFOUNDRIES, and AMD, where they have served in various leadership and project management positions. Paul has demonstrated expertise in ITSM, crisis management, problem resolution, and configuration management.

Paul Urban completed their Bachelor of Arts in Business Organizational Studies at Bethel University from 1990 to 1998. Paul then pursued a degree in Computer Information Science at Mankato State University from 1996 to 1998. In 2014, they obtained the ITIL® 2011 Foundation certification. Additionally, in August 2017, they received certifications in Certified SAFe® 4 Product Owner/Product Manager and SAFe 4.0 Product Owner.Product Manager.
