Titagarh Firema is a large industrial reality in the Italian railway sector. Since its birth, in the region of the first train in Italy, it has represented the locomotive of modern railway transport, designing and building rolling stock for the whole country. The historic know-how and international values made Titagarh Firema becoming an example of Made in Italy excellence, research and innovation. In 2015 Titagarh Group acquired Firema, which is now known as Titagarh Firema SpA (TF). Since October 2022, the main shareholders of Titagarh Firema SpA include INVITALIA, the National Agency for Investment Attraction and Enterprise Development, a joint stock company owned by the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance, with the aim of supporting the implementation of the new Business Plan and the company’s growth.
