Sangita Gupta is currently the Director of People Success at Titan. Prior to joining Titan, Sangita held various HR leadership roles at companies such as nference, Furlenco, CloudMagic, Webyog, Inc., and Instamojo. With a strong background in human resources, Sangita has experience in driving performance management systems, designing leadership development practices, and being part of organizational development teams. Sangita's academic background includes an MBA in HR from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from St. Xavier's College.
