Ahmed Eloutefy has extensive experience in the cement and energy industries, currently serving as Marketing and Business Development Department Manager at Titan Cement Egypt since May 2012, as well as holding the position of Alternative Fuels Project Manager. Prior to this, Ahmed worked at Lafarge Egypt from March 2005 to May 2012, where roles included AF&ARM Co-processing Team Leader and Process Engineer. Earlier career experience includes working as a Production Engineer at ASEC from March 2003 to March 2005 and as a Wireline Field Engineer summer trainee at Schlumberger in 2000. Ahmed Eloutefy holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Cairo University, a Diploma in Applied Chemistry and Process Control from Cairo University, and is currently pursuing an Advanced Management Certificate in Executive Management at The American University in Cairo.

TITAN Cement Egypt (TCE) operates two cement plants, Beni Suef Cement Company in Beni Suef governorate, and Alexandria Portland Cement Company in Alexandria governorate; TITAN Beton and Aggregates Egypt, a ready-mix unit in Giza governorate and Attaqa aggregate plant in Suez governorate.
