Maria Kafentzi

Maria Kafentzi has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Maria'smost recent position was as a Human Resources Director at Titan Cement Company SA, starting in September 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position at Bioiatriki Healthcare Group from April 2022 to September 2023.

Before that, Maria worked at Olympic Brewery S.A. (Part of the Carlsberg Group), where they served as an HR Director from May 2015 to August 2021 and from October 2014 to May 2015. Maria also worked as an HR Manager from November 2012 to September 2014 and as a Compensation, Benefits & Development Manager from November 2010 to November 2012 at the same company. In addition, they worked as an HR Generalist from May 2006 to October 2010.

Maria's earlier experience includes working as a Recruiter at Select Hellas from July 2003 to April 2006, and as a recruiter at Randstad from 2003 to 2006.

Maria Kafentzi attended the University of California, Santa Cruz from 2016 to 2017, where they studied NLP Practitioner. Prior to that, they took courses in HRM at the Athens University of Economics and Business from 2009 to 2010. Maria completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Piraeus from 1998 to 2003, majoring in Business Administration.
