Vasileios Giannopoulos

Vasileios Giannopoulos has extensive work experience in procurement and project management. Vasileios started their career as a Maintenance Engineer at ION SA in 1987 before moving on to SIEMENS SA as a Job Site Manager in 1987. Vasileios then joined Siemens AG as a Project Manager in 1990. In 1998, they became the Manager of Procurement at Athens International Airport 'Eleftherios Venizelos'. From 2001 to 2007, they worked at Lafarge Greece as a Group Procurement Manager. Vasileios then joined HELLENIC PETROLEUM Group of Companies as the Group Procurement Director, a position they held until 2016. Currently, they are serving as the Group Procurement Project Director at Titan Cement Company SA.

Vasileios Giannopoulos holds an Engineer's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH).
