Josiane Oliveira

Josiane Oliveira has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Josiane started their career at Advanta Conectividade Inteligente in 2012 as an Analyst of Help Desk JR. Over the years, they took on more responsibilities and advanced within the company, eventually becoming a Supervisor of Operations. In this role, they handled various tasks such as managing projects, coordinating and scheduling appointments, monitoring service delivery, preparing reports, and ensuring the productivity and quality of operations. Josiane also interacted with clients and service providers, developed action plans for operational improvements, and analyzed performance data. Josiane joined Titan Clarity in 2017 as a COO, and later moved to Pasquali Solution, where they held several positions, including Commercial Analyst, Commercial Supervisor, Commercial Manager, and finally, COO.

Josiane Oliveira completed their Bachelor's degree in Administration and Business at Universidade Lusófona - Centro Universitário Lisboa, from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, in 2010, Josiane pursued a certification in Administrative Routines at Senac Brasil. In the same year, they also completed an intensive program in Business Administration at Senac Brasil. Furthermore, Josiane obtained a certification in the I Workshop Pasquali Solution in April 2022, offered by Pasquali Solution.
