Aditi Dixit

Aditi Dixit is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Titan Company Limited since January 2022, Aditi has held multiple senior roles focusing on early talent university relations, campus branding, and managerial capability building. Prior to Titan, Aditi worked at Reliance Industries Limited as a Senior Manager in L&D COE and HR Academy from February 2019 to January 2022. Aditi's career also includes positions at Novartis, Aon, Vodafone India, GSK Consumer Healthcare Ltd., Infosys, and BASF, with responsibilities ranging from campus leadership to talent acquisition and rewards consulting. Aditi holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
