Nirmal Pandian

Nirmal Pandian is a Senior Product Development Engineer at Titan Company Limited since March 2022, specializing in the new product development of stainless steel cases and bracelets for Titan watches. Prior to this role, Nirmal worked at Titan Engineering & Automation Limited from July 2018 to February 2022, initially as a Graduate Engineering Trainee and later as a Senior Mechanical Project Engineer, focusing on mechanical assembly, testing, and automation for fully automated and semi-automatic systems. Nirmal has a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology, completed in 2018, and possesses training in various quality improvement methodologies including 5S and Kaizen.
