Uday Sharma

Uday Sharma is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in brand management and customer relationship management (CRM), currently serving as Senior Marketing Manager-Brand and CRM at Titan Company Limited since June 2014. Uday has successfully led the CRM strategy for Tanishq, focusing on customer engagement, retention, and loyalty through data-driven communication and brand engagement campaigns. Prior roles at Titan include Category Manager for Tanishq's online merchandise strategy and Assistant Manager for Digital & Marketing Alliances, contributing significantly to revenue growth through strategic partnerships. Uday began a career in technology as an Associate Software Engineer at Accenture, followed by a summer internship at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories. Uday holds a PGDM in Marketing from T.A.Pai Management Institute and a B.Tech in Biotechnology from Jaypee Institute Of Information Technology.
