Mike Fletcher

Mike Fletcher has extensive experience in programming and management, currently serving as the Programming Manager at Titan International, Inc. since March 2007, where responsibilities include overseeing internal and external AS/400 programmers. Previously, Mike held the position of Sr Programmer/Analyst at Titan, playing a key role as the lead programmer in the conversion from PRMS to ERPLX. Prior to that, Mike worked at Salton, Inc. from 2001 to 2007 as the EDI Manager, managing the EDI department while also performing programming duties.
