Will Groleau

Will Groleau has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Will currently holds the position of Senior Director of Software Engineering at Titan.ium Platform, LLC, starting in July 2022. Prior to this, Will worked at NetNumber from 2013 to 2022, where they held various roles including Director of Software Architecture, Technical Lead, and Software Engineer. Before joining NetNumber, Will worked at TURBOCAM International as a Manufacturing Engineer from 2012 to 2013. At TURBOCAM, they programmed CNC Mill and Lathe machines, reverse engineered customer products, and prioritized lathe programming schedules. Prior to that, Will worked as an Electro-Optical Technician at E Ink Corporation from 2011 to 2012, where they conducted quality assurance testing and contributed to the design of the manufacturing process. Will also worked as an Engineering Intern at TURBOCAM in 2011, where they designed a Multi-Axis Electrochemical Machine, conducted meetings with sales representatives, and performed troubleshooting and repairs.

Will Groleau obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electromechanical Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology, completed between the years 2007 and 2012. Additionally, they completed a course titled Effective Communications and Human Relations from Dale Carnegie Training, which took place in the year 2017.
