Tara O'Brien is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in technical recruitment and people operations. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Titan since June 2022, Tara is a founding member of the sourcing team and is dedicated to identifying top talent in the industry. Previously, as a Technical Recruiter for AI & Data Sciences at Glocomms from September 2021 to June 2022, Tara excelled in generating over $300k in billings within the first nine months and successfully placed high-caliber candidates in both large tech companies and startups.
