Faizal Enu is a seasoned technical support professional with significant experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Help Desk Engineer at SpamTitan Technologies since July 2013, Faizal provides first-level support for global SpamTitan software installations while enhancing customer satisfaction and software uptime through effective troubleshooting. Prior to this role, Faizal held various positions including Technical Support Professional - Senior at Stream Global Services, where responsibilities included providing second-level technical support and managing service dispatch for warranty services. Faizal's career began with Dell ProSupport, where exceptional performance led to a promotion to Senior Technical Support Specialist within a year. In addition to technical expertise, Faizal has a background in personal training and health coaching as the owner and head trainer of Bayshore Kettlebells. Faizal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Cornell University.
