Brian Warfel

Brian Warfel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical research program management and engineering assessments. Currently serving as a Technical Research Program Manager at Titania Solutions Group, Inc. since March 2021, responsibilities include coordination, budgeting, financial analysis, and funding allocation for FAA-related projects. Previously, Brian held the position of Assessment Engineer at Yorktown Systems Group, where project teams developed test and evaluation plans for asymmetric warfare solutions. As a Senior Management Consultant with The Mayvin Consulting Group, Brian provided operational support to clients within the Joint IED Defeat Organization. Additional roles include serving as an Aviation Senior Analyst at Navigator Development Group, Operations Officer at the US Army Rapid Equipping Force, Military Advisor, and Recruiting Company Commander. Brian holds an MBA from Webster University and a BA in Anthropology/Archaeology from San Francisco State University.
