David Bynum

David Bynum is an experienced professional in the field of defense and intelligence, currently serving as a Scenario Developer at Titania Solutions Group, Inc. since January 2022. Previously, Bynum held the position of Program Lead and Course Manager at the Defense Intelligence Agency from July 2019 to January 2023, managing comprehensive training programs for Foreign Officers.
