Kelly Phe, CPA, MBA has held a variety of positions in the accounting and finance industry. From 2021 to present, they have been Chief Administrative Officer and Controller at Titanium Healthcare Inc. Kelly was a Consultant and Controller at Illumination Foundation from 2020 to 2021, Assurance Senior at Moss Adams from 2018 to 2020, Controller at Project Hope Alliance from 2017 to 2018, Senior Audit Associate at Davis Farr LLP (formerly known as Mayer Hoffman McCann) from 2014 to 2017, and Accounting Manager at Newport Medical Solutions (NewportMed) from 2013 to 2014. At Davis Farr LLP, Kelly led audit teams in conducting financial and operation audits as the in-charge intermediary, specifically in the not-for-profit and healthcare industries. At NewportMed, they built an Accounting Department and transitioned 35+ employees to a new payroll and time keeping platform, saving $5,000+ annually and labor cost.

Kelly Phe, CPA, MBA, obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the California Board of Accountancy in August 2017. Kelly then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business, which they completed in 2019 with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management. Prior to that, they had obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting from Azusa Pacific University in 2014, and an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Long Beach City College in 2012. Kelly also has a Certificate Program for Executive Leadership from Cornell University.
