Rodrigo Romanelli

Rodrigo Romanelli serves as the Maintenance and Reliability Manager at TIMET since July 2025, previously holding the same position at Optimus Steel, LLC from September 2020 to July 2025. Additional experience includes roles such as Electrical Project Engineer and Melt Shop Reliability Engineer at Gerdau Special Steel North America, and various maintenance and reliability positions across Gerdau Corsa and Gerdau. Responsibilities have encompassed overseeing maintenance processes and coordinating projects in several plants in Mexico. Rodrigo's educational background includes an MBA in Project Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas and degrees in Electrical Engineering and Electronic Technician from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and Escola Técnica Santo Inacio, respectively. Furthermore, Rodrigo has experience as an electronic teacher, training local industry workers in electrical standards and IT installations.
