Kole Mickolio has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2008, they began their career as a Student Athlete at Utah Valley University, where they participated in sports until 2012. In 2010, they gained coaching experience as an Assistant Baseball Coach at Belgrade Baseball.
In 2013, Mickolio worked as a Personal Trainer at Ogden Athletic Club before transitioning to Tissue Engineering Research at the University of Utah College of Science in 2014. At the same time, they also served as a Biochem for BioFire Diagnostics, LLC until 2017.
Mickolio joined Vail Resorts in 2016 as part of the Ski School team. In 2018, they became an Inventor for a biomedical device. From 2015 to 2020, they served as a Research Associate at the University of Utah Health Hospitals and Clinics.
Most recently, Mickolio co-founded, chaired, and served as the CEO of Titin KM Biomedical Corporation in 2020.

They began their academic journey at Utah Valley University from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology. Following this, they attended the University of Utah from 2013 to 2016, focusing on Biomedical/Medical Engineering, although no specific degree was mentioned. In 2016, Mickolio enrolled at Montana State University-Bozeman, where they pursued a Master of Science degree in Molecular Medicine, completing their studies in 2017. Subsequently, in 2017, Mickolio began their medical education at the Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences and is projected to complete their medical studies in 2022.
