Louis Pontani is an executive transformation leader with over 30 years of operations and general management experience in the mortgage, title, and real estate industries. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Enterprise Operations at Stewart Title, Louis leads a team of over 1,000 employees and plays a key role on the CEO’s Executive Management Team. Previously, Louis held various leadership positions in companies such as Title Resource Group and PHH Mortgage, where they successfully implemented strategic initiatives and enhanced client relationships. Louis earned a Master of Business Administration from Villanova University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Gettysburg College. In recognition of their accomplishments, Louis was awarded the 2024 HousingWire Tech Trendsetters Award for developing innovative technology and operational transformation solutions.
