Jen Crouse

Jen Crouse is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in information technology and business systems. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Information Technology at Title Nine, Jen has directed technical operations and strategic initiatives while overseeing daily IT functions and technical implementations. Previous roles include Technical Program and Project Manager focusing on ecommerce and inventory systems, as well as Systems Analyst at Macy's where Jen specialized in complex data integration projects. Beginning in the IT field as a Senior Business Systems Analyst at Title Nine, Jen has a strong background in system implementation and customer experience management. Additionally, Jen has a historical athletic background, serving as Team Captain for the USA Rugby team and earning accolades such as 2005 USA Rugby Player of the Year. Jen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Connecticut and further education in biology from UC Berkeley Extension and University of Massachusetts Boston.
