Gantt Propst has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2005, they began their career at Adams Golf as a Customer Service Representative before transitioning to the role of Key Accounts Coordinator and later becoming the Customer Relations Manager.
In 2015, Gantt joined Beacon121Sport as the Manager of Operations and B2B Retail Sales, where they worked until 2016. Gantt then moved to Bear River Holdings as a Sales Support and Operations Analyst for a brief period.
In 2016, Gantt joined Balfour & Co as the Manager of Sales Operations and eventually took on the role of Business Lead for Sales Office Digital Automation. Gantt later became the Director of Global Shared Services before becoming the Director of Engagement and Growth. Gantt left the company in May 2022.

Gantt Propst obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration from the College of Charleston between the years 2000 and 2003.
