Richard Taken

Richard (Tony) Taken is an accomplished operations executive with extensive leadership experience in the retail and financial services sectors. Currently serving as the District Director of Operations at TitleMax since February 2017, Tony has demonstrated a strong ability to exceed revenue expectations and develop high-performing teams. Previously, as Director of Operations at PLS Financial Services from April 2010 to January 2017, Tony successfully turned around an underperforming district in the El Paso market, achieving profitability within three years. Prior roles include Regional Vice President at ACE Cash Express, where Tony led the region to exceed profit budgets by $265,000 through strategic engagement and process improvement, and Senior Center Manager at ChecksFirst Corporation, overseeing operations in a high-volume center. Tony began their career as Automotive Department Manager at Sears, Roebuck and Co., where operational and financial performance responsibilities were paramount.
