Michael J. Boccio has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Michael J. started their career at Prudential Securities in 1999 as an Associate in the Investment Bank M&A group. Later, they worked as an Associate at Carter Ledyard & Milburn LLP from 2001 to 2005. From 2005 to 2007, they served as an Associate at Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf, LLP and briefly at Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP. In 2007, they joined Kaye Scholer LLP as an Associate, representing investment banks and institutional lenders in real estate finance and capital market transactions.
In 2008, they shifted their focus to the Trump Organization, where they held multiple roles. Initially, they served as Assistant General Counsel, managing the Global Product Licensing Division and trademark portfolio. Michael J. then became Managing Director of Business Development and Special Counsel, with responsibilities ranging from negotiating critical business deals to drafting legal documents. Michael J. was later appointed as Senior Advisor to Donald J. Trump, providing legal and business consultancy services.
In 2011, Boccio founded their own company, Boccio and Associates Inc., where they operated as the President and served as a legal and business consultant to various clients. Michael J. leveraged their expertise gained from their association with Donald J. Trump and acted as an "outside general counsel," helping clients think strategically about their legal and business options.
In 2012, they joined TitleVest as Managing Director. In this position, they developed and maintained client relationships, overseeing real estate acquisitions and financings worth over $2 billion. Michael J. also managed the diligence and closing process by acting as a liaison for clients to TitleVest/First American's operation and closing teams. Notable projects they worked on include the Baccarat Hotel and Waterline Square Condominium.
In 2013, Boccio joined the NYC Department of Education as a Mathematics Teacher, where they currently work. With their extensive experience in law and business development, they contribute their expertise to the field of education as a teacher.
Michael J. Boccio's education history includes attending several institutions. From 1990 to 1994, they studied at Sachem High School. Michael J. then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at Stony Brook University from 1994 to 1997. Later, from 1998 to 2001, they attended Fordham University School of Law, where the degree and field of study are unknown.
