Darren Huang

Darren Huang is an accomplished background designer with extensive experience in animation, currently working at Titmouse on Season 1 of Golden Axe. Previously, Darren contributed to projects at Cartoon Network, including designing environments for Invincible Fight Girl and creating background keys for Victor and Valentino. At Gaumont, Darren developed backgrounds for seasons 3 and 4 of Stillwater, conducting thorough research on art and history to ensure authenticity in episodic settings. Other notable roles include freelance background design work for Netflix Animation and Bento Box Entertainment, as well as assistant layout design for the Annie-nominated series Stillwater. Darren holds a degree in Illustration with a focus on Entertainment Arts from Art Center College of Design.
