Eleazer Toluan is an experienced technology entrepreneur with a strong background in software development. As Co-Founder and CEO of Paygr since January 2023, Eleazer has focused on creating a payment management app that simplifies peer-to-peer transactions. In addition, Eleazer serves as Co-Founder and CTO of Tito Solutions, which specializes in helping individuals and businesses realize their tech ideas with extensive expertise in software development. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer at LYKA, an all-in-one digital ecosystem, as well as positions at Texcent, iRipple, Inc., and Tingker Corporation. Eleazer holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Northern Luzon Adventist College.
